Had an amazing experience with Dr. Panzica as a first time patient! We had a little bit of an emergency and they managed to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment which was so greatly appreciated. Dr. Panzica saw us much earlier than expected and although he was busy we did not feel rushed at all. You can tell he truly cares for his patients. He saved us a trip to the ER and we could not be more grateful! Due to this fantastic experience we have booked in for a full eye exam. Dr Mckenzie, and her team, have been amazing at helping me recover from my post-concussion symptoms that affect my vision. Dr McKenzie is phenomenal. I have been gifted by her wisdom with head injury. Victoria, has been my vision therapist since 2019. She has hands down helped me in so many different ways move through the process of post concussion syndrome. Her knowledge, experience, and hope make me feel safe and empowered (if you suffer with pcs you can relate to how disempowering you can feel). Bolton Optometry has a special place in my heart as I trudge this recovery road.
